Mim Granahan

Mim Granahan has been writing plays since she was about 9 years old although the early ones were performed exclusively for her mother by a cast of puppets. More recently several of her one-act plays have been performed in New York City : Theatre Ghost, The Death Card, Out of Left Field (all with Shortened Attention Span), With a Song in My Head (Producers Club Theatre Company) and After the Curtain (Cream of the Crop Festival). Her short screenplay So, I Wrote This Screenplay was among the top ten selections in WildSound Film Festival's One Page Screenplay competition.

As an actor, Mim has performed in Oscar Wilde, Chekhov, Noel Coward, Clifford Odets and lots and lots of Shakespeare. Her film credits include the indie horror film Addiction and the short film The C.O.R.P.S. with Jesse L. Martin. Along with acting, writing and directing, Mim is also a stage manager, prop master, production assistant, light board operator and obsessive-compulsive neurotic.
